My name is Scott, and 2020 was a time of great upheaval for many, myself included. Having not touched a bike since the infamous, obligatory childhood moment, cycling suddenly became the safest way to get around amidst a crisis. It not only got me from A to B quickly, it also helped saved me money and was brilliant for staying healthy, physically and mentally. Nowhere seemed to put these three brilliant benefits into context in one place, so the idea behind Reroute My Commute was born.
Fast forward a good few months (ok, more like years!) and we've finally got around to creating a half-functioning website. Thanks GoDaddy! We'll be bringing you blogs covering everything from local transport hacks to tales from far flung places overseas. We'll do it in a user-first way to give you hints and tips to travel smarter.
Reroute My Commute aims to help people travel cheaply, smartly and sustainably on everything from a hop across the city to a once-in-a-lifetime international adventure. At minimum we're sharing some tales we think will interest you. At the max we're making an ethical contribution to helping people travel smarter in a climate conscious way.
